I decided to bite the bullet and weigh up today.

I know I haven't been calorie counting while I was away but I've been keeping track 'roughly' my tracking roughly is atrocious obviously!!

Ah well

Now that I've faced reality the only thing to do now is to fix it :D

I'm sorry to see that you've gained. But you know what to do now, I'm sure you'll lose this weight soon. You were doing very well there is no reason that would change. What is done is done, you have a very positive attitude and that's what matters. You can do it!!
