Been doing really well at controlling my intake and motivating myself to get to the gym, even if it's for only thirty minutes. Hopefully next week I'm not back up to 120! It ought to be relatively easy, even though we are in the UK for two and a half days, I have the opportunity to go to the gym BOTH days! And these gyms are sooo nice - steam rooms and saunas and indoor, heated pools!!
119.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
