The weekend did not do as well as I would of liked to see it go. Pigged out some but tried to keep it healthy. Just trying to get back to the way things were before I had the pneumonia back with 3 days the way they were but the forth is giving me problems. Trying to add a walk on Sunday first attempt yesterday found out I'll need to use my walker otherwise I won't last 10 minutes.
239.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
