So made it through Fusion only gaining 3 lbs. which I biked off this weekend :-) The weather has cooled down and the biking is marvelous. Matt and I went Saturday and Sunday, and did errands / visited with friends along the way. Great way to spend the weekend. Although his old man knee is now hurting him ;-( Looking forward to pushing as hard as I can till Thanksgiving. I really want to get to my first goal, and readjust.
