Master Gardner's pot-luck picnic today. Had several small pieces of chocolate cake & a sm. piece of orange cake, and brownie... mmmmm kept dinner simple though to counter-act... miso soup! mmmm
158.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
