Easy to focus when you are working 13 hours a day and have to pack a lunch. If you aren't hungry when you pack it makes it easier to pick healthy choices. I did a cardio work out last night for 20 minutes. I was on a treadmill that kept my heart rate between 60-70% based on my age. It felt good! Excited to go back at it tonight....
