Yesterday's weight was a guess. Given my official weigh in this morning, I'll guess that at best it was closer to 168. So weight-wise, I'll have to look at my weight as today's to start.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Which veggie patties do you eat? I have not ventured to them yet, I eat Smartdogs and they are yummy but I would like to switch it up.
