Well, fell for the Chicken coconut Korma working overnight Thursday. The garlic naan was soooo good. Thank goodness I kept myself to one piece. So here I am with no weight change, but still focused and determined. And I know, at least I didn't have a 3lb gain. Wife has started getting an organic meal service that is very healthy appearing, but the serving sizes seem too big, and calories range from 640 - 750 calories for a dinner. Just too much for right now. Last nights had white rice. The night before wheat penne. I have to be careful with those, because I get full, but not satiated if you know what I mean.
