好不容易終於又回到50出頭雖然在最尾巴😭😭😭 假日又來了!星期六的早上就是一個補高碳水又便秘的概念😓😓😓 一早起來做拉伸動作後吃了一大個花捲夾起司一片後趕出門買菜,八點上課運動一小時回來後,吃了一塊雞肉近半個塗芝麻醬的槓子頭和半個紅豆餅,現在在喝老公現磨泡的黑咖啡,早上消耗掉的全補回來還超過了!😱😱😱
