dang, this is killing me! i really wanna weigh myself every day but i dont want to be obsessed with the numbers on the scale. i dont know if i can stand to only weigh myself on sundays though. i might weigh myself twice a week and see if that would work. i just cant stand the suspense. it is killing me!
120.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't look every day, because then you will see the same number for several days in a row and be discouraged and maybe quit. Just look once or twice a week! Oh, and I heard somewhere--i forget where--that for about a week or so, your body will keep the same numer and then all of a sudden your weight will drop like 5 pounds. I swear I'm not making this up. =D
