Back on track, finally!! An apple & hard boiled egg for breakfast starts me off for a great day! Everything else as simple & unprocessed as possible, and in moderation.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.5 lb a week
