I ate meat for the first time in about 8 months yesterday. Unsure if this was too heavy for me and this is why my weight went up slightly. Time to go back to the fake stuff again...
210.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 75.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
