My initial weight was an estimate, which I revised upwards (from 185 to 195 lb) after buying a scale and weighing myself last night, in the late evening. This morning's weight, which is less than last night's (which is now deleted) by almost 5 lb, is, I guess, the first "official" weigh-in. Given such overnight differences, I don't lend credence to daily swings. It's the trend that counts.

Likely my initial morning weight, all things being equal, was about 192.5 (so I've revised it again). My current goal is 170. I probably do have 20+ lb to lose, but I don't really know what my current body composition is (or how it will change if I start exercising again), so I'll be happy if I can lose 12 to 15 by mid-June, and then I can reassess.
191.6 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
