It's my Friday, tonight I'm going to Missouri to visit my dad and other relatives for the weekend. I'm really excited, I haven't seen my dad since last February. I'm also going to see a cousin that I haven't seen in 45 years, she bought our grandparents' 130-year old house, so I'll be soaked in memories this weekend.
I know I'll be able to stay on my diet. I've made it through much more difficult social situations than this. Plus this time I will have family around who want me to succeed and be healthy, so I would hate to let them down. I am in such a zone with this, feeling my goal so close within reach. I'm almost to the point of being obsessive, but as long as I don't keep losing after reaching my goal, I guess that is ok.
Thinking now about hiring a trainer. How do you find a good one?
