So I decided to stop the Atkins and do my own diet and it is paying off. 4.4 lbs in four days. I'm sure the bulk of it was water but I sure am happy to be back to drinking milk and eating yogurt. I haven't even gotten back to exercising yet. I hope I can keep this up.

Tarah, I am glad that you found something that works for you! I eat the low carb yogurt, and I don't like milk so those two things aren't much of a problem for me. Good luck and I hope that your weight loss exceeds your wildest dreams!!
