It seems the body is adjusting to the calorie increase 11 days after I implemented it.

It confirms that you got to give your body time for changes you make to take effect. Lets hope this losing streak holds up. I have been enjoying the extra 300 calories.
329.4 lb Lost so far: 72.3 lb.    Still to go: 82.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
