Down .4.I found sugar free Russell Stover chocolate and The dark chocolate mint one supposedly has 0g net carbs. I'll have to try I haven't stopped exercising but I have slowed it down. I just got back from Texas so things have been super hectic. My 2 sister in laws and I just restarted C25K together so we have something to bond since one lives farther away now. I really need to go running today but I'm so tired. I will run though.

Be careful with those chocolates-it's easy to eat them all and they will affect your tummy if ya know what I mean :)

Another caution with SF foods is they can stall some people. If you can eat them, then by all means.
