Very happy this week back on track lost 20.3kg so far in total🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗😶🤗🤗🤗
237.9 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
