Cycled to the gym & done a 5 mile run on the treadmill. That's the furthest I've run since my early teens or so, & to think back in early June I struggled to walk from bench to bench which is only a few hundred yards apart.
Diet is going good, but I will up my cals again today. This method seems to be the best for now.
Edit: I joined this website 3 months today & have lost 5 stone (70lb) in that time. I have lost a few more stone than that, but that was before joining. 5 stone in 3 months is good going.
