well, lost the water/waste weight i gained during my period. it's crazy how much of a swing. i made sure to return to my water intake. i ran out of protein powder but i do feel that the chia seeds are helping in the morning. a friend puts them in everything; i need to start experimenting!!
204.5 lb Lost so far: 45.5 lb.    Still to go: 54.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
