Time to start. Small goals to begin with. I need a "win" at this point. Overall goal is a weight ranging between 190-200lbs. depending on exercise. Thinking of trying the P90X challenge, but it scares me. I haven't worked out in a long time.
I guess it's time make some changes for the good!!

I'm scared of the P90X too. I actually stay away from any exercise challenges right now. When I lose more weight I will exercise again, but I have to lose some more weight before I can move real well.
BTW: I check in with Weight Watchers too, I get it free at work. That helps keep me accountable. Mainly I just count calories though.
