Woke up and weighed less today. Enjoying the Total Gym XLS I picked up on Facebook marketplace for $200!! Setup in the living room. The best equipment is the one you trip over every day! 😂
191.2 lb Lost so far: 73.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
