only 5 days left ... hope of all hope will get to 195..starting to feel a little wore out and that wierd feeling in my chest is back. feels tingely. relly wish i could last 10 more days but ill be out of hcg. going to eat more spinsh today. see if that helps.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
