i weigh in on the 6 i was so upset about not losing i said fuck it and started eat bad the rest of the day i feel like i been battling my weight and finally getting it and WHY im not losing🤔sooo the next day i got back on my protein shake and bar AF BetterMD and im going to WIN my health back becuz my body deserve it second day IN 😉
234.4 lb Lost so far: 10.7 lb.    Still to go: 54.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
