So today I logged in so I could keep up with my progress. I weighed 285 in November. I have a friend who is in a rehabilitation program and I volunteered to rehab myself by watching and working towards losing weight. I am at 271. I have really gotten serious. If he can go without drugs I can certainly control my food intake and move more. I am 47 years old,female, 3 grown sons and work full time and pick up extra every chance I get. I have been over weight my whole adult life. I’m tired of being tired. My goals are to stay under 100 carbs daily. Move more. Stay dedicated and true to myself.
271.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
