Been back at the gym. Lots of leg work and starting crossfit and weights again. Pressed 15lbs with repaired shoulder! HUGE!!! 2lb straight and side lateral raise!

I need to eat more now. Seem to have lost my appetite during recovery.

Enjiy the weekend and dont lose sight of your goals!
181.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
