30.5% - baseline entry. Just got suckered into buying a 6-session personal training package - it better work! On another note, it took a lot of self-control to eat (mostly) clean today. Now I really have to stick to my diet b/c I want to see results with the personal training. Otherwise I'm just wasting my money. Wish me luck!
130.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
