Ate less, exercised more and gained .4 lbs. All I can figure is swelling/edema increasing water weight. Did 2 long walks, and swam 16 laps in the pool. Just have to keep going.
223.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
