i am trying to stay under 2000 calories a day. tomorrow i am starting cko boxing which i plan on attending 2 to 3 times a week.i am goin out to eat friday so i will eat fruit all day and stay low in calories. sunday i have a wedding to attend and i will also eat fruit leading up to the wedding so i can save calories for the dinner.
