I'm really at a loss. I got a new scale, and somehow my weight is increasing?? not sure exactly why. 1000-1100 calories a day. Should at least be holding steady, not gaining.
223.6 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You're not consuming enough calories for your weight. Your body is holding on to what you are feeding it for dear life. Look at some of our Skinny Minnie's on FS, they are consuming at least 1700 calories.
