2lb on this week but TBH I expected more. We've just been away on a Folk and Country weekend from Thursday till Sunday and been having meals in each others caravans. Well it would have been rude not to eat the lasagne, cheesy jacket potatoes, garlic bread, salad, Christmas pud and custard(phew!) that our friend made for us. Back on it now and hopefully it wont take long to shift it.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
