starting to feel the creep, the creep of the weight trying to come back. I can not let this happen!! Time to start tracking everything again, and today I have a lunch meeting. Will have to go light on dinner tonight. Back to water, water, water!!! I can do this!
173.0 lb Lost so far: 27.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
