Had. Horrendous week of stress and eating!! Gotta take ownership of my flaws! This is a set back for sure i haven’t bump up this high in almost 2 years! What stress can do do us FML need to makes changes NOW!
157.0 lb Lost so far: 68.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
