My diet is perfect and my exercise is on point and I’m still gaining weight. I’m completely clueless right now as to what I’m doing wrong.
229.1 lb Lost so far: 50.7 lb.    Still to go: 29.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.1 lb a week

How are your non-scale victories? Are things fitting better? Do you notice physical exertion is not as exhausting? Remember, that number isn't everything.
