Went way over on my RDI yesterday - I was so hungry from the fast - and picked the wrong foods. Lesson learned. I also didn't make it to my workout because of the day I had at work - but there is always today to dominate.
124.7 lb Lost so far: 0.3 lb.    Still to go: 9.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
