only lost a total of 1kg this month which is less than I was hoping for - but - I have lost a total of 14cm including 4cm from my hips which are my biggest "problem" area so I'm very happy with that!!! 😁
195.8 lb Lost so far: 20.3 lb.    Still to go: 45.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
