Started a cut this week. The goal is to Go down from 2200 to 1500/1550 cals a day. I know it’s gonna be hard, and I find myself adding in a hundred or two to make it more like 1800 cals since Monday. I’m okay with that, because the slower the deficit the better so it’s not so drastic - and I can stick with it. Then when I get accustomed to it I’ll lower it then. Anyone else starting a cut? I was maintaining and trying to build muscle for about 6 months prior, and out on a decent amount and now I’m ready to do the leaning!! Wow with me!?
130.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
