A drop after a 24 hr fast - Excited to weigh in over the next few days to see if I have actually lost. Today I stay in my macros limit. Busy day - but it can be done.
124.3 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 9.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
