Last week would have been my Dad's birthday (he passed from Alzheimer's last fall) and it was kind of hard. I cried alot and comforted myself with food.... But it's a new week and my husband is now doing WW on line, which is helpful. I am doing daily little activity challenges with one of my friends which is helping me get back into moving. I walked to work yesterday - was finally above zero so I could. I am soooo ready for spring. Really affecting my mood. Good luck everyone this week. You guys are doing great!
