I can't believe how I'm losing like a pound a day and I'm not even really trying that hard. At least it doesn't feel like I am. I know this won't kast forever but this is great motivation right now.
189.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 49.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
