Great day today! Stayed on track and way under carbs! Not hungry at all! Woo Hoo! It's been a week now, and finally getting to the point of not feeling hunger anymore. After a month of being off my eating plan due to surgery, I am back and back to stay. I love how I feel! I have energy and I no longer feel hungry. I used to get the shakes every couple of hours from my sugar bottoming out so fast. I went up to 202.4 after that month of eating carbs again, and now am down 5 lbs. I know it's only water weight, but it's a start!
197.4 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 62.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
