Starting a new regimen with my sis in law and my friend Jamie. Logging our food, exercising atleast 4 times a week, drinking water and getting 7 + hours of sleep. So far, so good! Wish me luck! If we meet our goal, we will do a gift exchange and a pedi at the end of the month. I know I can do this!
267.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
