I have finally put on new weight, I know I know its been months since I started this and only 3 lbs gone, but I have actually had weeks where I am lower and some higher, this seems to be my average the past couple months.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
