I hope I can attribute this scale plateau to the weight training... I have been very strict with my eating... I must say my clothing feel really loose on me... the word for the day is persistence 💪🏽🥌🏋️‍♀️🤸🏽‍♂️
166.0 lb Lost so far: 41.7 lb.    Still to go: 22.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
