Just starting today. Hoping to lose 50 lbs. Just the idea of that seems impossible to me right now. I've never had to diet before in my life, so this is all new for me. Between a new medication I'm on and going through menopause, this is a tough challenge but I'm up for it.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
