I drank about a gallon of water yesterday. I only Ate a chicken salad sandwich and trail mix. Yet I’m back at 205 pounds. My goal was to lose 2.5 pounds a week. Which means I’m supposed to reach at least 202.4 pounds by this Thursday 😒. Still not quitting though.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.2 lb a week
