My scale was giving lots of different weights this morning so I'm not sure how accurate my weight is. But I did fall off the wagon just a little yesterday so being up is a reflection of that.
Even though I over indulged this weekend I tracked all my food and I'm back on track today 😄
260.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 80.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
