I've been out of town much of the week and my exercise has been limited to walking the dog. She can give me a pretty good workout, but this week it was shorter and slower as we have new smells for he, so I got next to no exercise. I bet this next week, back on my routine, the weight will come off.

I also have not been participating in the water minichallenge, but after getting a bit dizzy myself, am rethinking this. I'll include the minichallenge for the next week!
131.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
