Looking forward to the two new challenges I signed up for. Going to exercise in the pool today and see how that goes. Only intend to to 45 to 60 min. not the usual 2hrs.
241.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
