WTF? I can't attribute this (+4# in 10 days!!) to menstrual cycle, retained water, or 2 weeks family visit!
I was on such good track, then gradually reduced running & Bikram to zero, since life gets in between. School too!
Damnitdamnitdamnit!!!
132.5 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You'll get back there. I'm bouncing between 128 and 130 and I always know that those weekends (or weeks) when I give in and eat more or exercise less, I will see at least 130. I'm having a lot harder time now that I'm closer to my goal, but we just have to keep pushing and I'm sure we'll both see losses eventually.
